Many people have seen huge benefits from ESMs when completed correctly and we would like you to get the same great benefits from increased self-awareness.
This is a psychological assessment of your emotional position. It is a snapshot and gives us an idea about your personality and helps us assess your suitability for a role and how well you will fit in with the culture of the clients for whom we would like to place you.
There are four parts to the full test. You must be honest with yourself when completing the test.
PLEASE DO NOT TRY AND GIVE US THE ANSWERS YOU THINK WE WANT TO SEE.
If you ‘project’ or pretend to be overly positive or overly happy your results will be skewed and it will show us that you are either a) not being honest with us, b) you are unstable and unreliable, or c) you just haven’t taken the test seriously and we can ascertain that you’re not taking your development seriously.
If you complete the test honestly, we will be able to identify how you will behave in given situations.
In many cases, this is a test of your integrity and self-awareness as much as an emotional assessment.
